Offers from the Rewards Cards are based on a formula that includes total play and points earned.

DOES POINT REDEMPTION FOR PRIZES AND SERVICES AFFECT MY OFFERS FROM THE REWARDS CARDS?
No. Offers are based on a formula calculated from play and points earned. Point balance does not factor into the offer formula.

WHY DO I ONLY HAVE 60 DAYS TO REDEEM CASH TICKETS?
Unfortunately, we can’t control that. Regulatory requirements that govern the casino require that cash tickets expire 60 days after issuance.

HOW DO I MAKE COMPLAINTS, SUGGESTIONS OR COMMENTS?
